Homer Lewis Payne age 83, of Newport, died Friday evening in Bristol, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife Mattie J. Freeman Payne and son Donald Payne. He is survived by his sons Marvin Payne of Blountville, TN and Ron Payne of Knoxville, TN.
