Donald Reed Morrow
Donald Reed Morrow, age 58, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the James H. Quillen V. A. Hospital in Mountain Home, Tn. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Albert and Ruth (Arrington) Morrow and both in-laws, Lacy and Nancy (Frazier) Gates.

On Saturday, May 23, 2009 Lucille Miller 73, of Newport, went to be with the Lord. She was a beloved daughter, wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all. She was preceded in death by her father King David Stokely Sr., mother Irene Taylor Stokely, brother J D Stokely, and first husband Roy Sutton.

Adah Maxine Large Rainwater, 88, Cosby, TN., died Friday, May 22, 2009 at Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport, TN. She was the widow of Capt. Ward A. Rainwater, LPD, who died in 1993. Before moving to TN. in 1968, Mrs. Rainwater was employed by the City of Lansing and at Hurd’s Department Store.

Albert Shaver
Albert Shaver, age 81 of Newport, Tennessee joined our Lord on Tuesday May 5, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana at his daughters home surrounded by his loving family after a courageous 6 month battle with lung cancer. He served in the US Army and was a Veteran of the Korea War.
