Oscar Coggins

Oscar Coggins, age 86, of Hartford, passed away Monday, September 14, 2009, at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Toby-Coggins; children, Michelle Toby of Hartford, R. B. Toby of Hartford, Ann Simpkins of Morristown, Tammy Hall of Hartford, Junior Coggins of Hartford, Johnny C. Coggins of Hartford, Lib Fox of Newport, Rita K. Cash of Newport, Linda Green of Parrottsville, Diane Coggins of Newport, Peewee Harvey of Morristown, 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and brother, Jim Coggins of Newport.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2009 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Morrow and Rev. Jim Hall officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home.
