Willie Mae Estes Holdway
Willie Mae Estes Holdway, age 67, of Newport, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Glen Holdway, parents Sewell and Mable Estes of Middlesboro, KY, 2 brothers James Estes and John P. Estes, 2 sisters Wilma Martin and Mary R. Estes. She was the granddaughter of Cornie Bowlin Estes.
Survivors include her daughter Pamela Lloyd Solomon, grandchildren Christopher Glen Lloyd, Krystal Danielle Lloyd (fiancé Allen Lamb), Christina Renee Lloyd, Rebecca Grace Lloyd, Amy Rose Lloyd, special son-in-law William Lloyd (Melissa), brothers Mike Estes, Danny Estes, Ken Sexton of Middlesboro, KY, sister Linda Sandifer (Elmer) of Harrogate, stepmother Marie Estes of Middlesboro, brothers-in-law Gale Holdway (Janet) of Newport and Jerry Holdway (Rose) of San Angelo, TX along with several nieces, nephews, special friends and her Shoney’s Family.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Point Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. James Hance officiating. Interment will follow in Point Pleasant Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
